Job Desription

The role: This role is responsible for effective management and accountable for effective delivery of office operations and facilities management within PropertyGuru.

 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities: •Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries •Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office management/services (including couriers’ arrangement) •Manage the office’s expenses and equipment (e.g. stationery supplies, cleaning) •Supervise the housekeeping activities to ensure overall safety, security and cleanliness of corporate office •Basic administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying and filing of documents etc •Maintain and update seating charts and employee contact information lists •Liaise with building management and relevant vendors on mechanical and electrical faults •Act as point of contact for building management •Ensure continued maintenance contracts for services for the office •Analyze, direct, and report on all cost containment opportunities related to support services (invoicing, mail, supply/furniture ordering, space allocations, facility management, etc.) •Assist on office renovation project if needed. •Provide general office support to staff in the office •Assist to organize meetings and coordinate accommodation/flight arrangements and/or travel booking. •Work closely with Rec Club to coordinate for office events and Company parties. •Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirement

Requirements: •Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably as an office admin •Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint •Possesses a positive attitude and ability to work independently •Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills •Ability to work in a fast pace environment •Good negotiating skills •Able to interact with a variety of personalities, have the ability to work on several tasks at any given time, and remain compassionate, and level-headed while working in a hectic, fast paced environment. •Candidates with prior experience in office move preferred
