Job Desription

We are firm that provide Corporate Secretarial, Accounting & Auditing - To support the Company secretary in q wide range company secretary function and related statutory. - Responsible for the preparation of resolution, minutes of meeting & other secretarial documents - Ensuring proper and timely filing of the statutory forms / return to the ccm. - monitoring and ensuring that the statutory records / register are properly keep & updated - Arranging for signature on resolution & documents - Admin duty like prepare letter, chase payment, prepare quotation, invoice and other admin duty - Answering call & engage with client


Job Responsibilities

- To handle all aspects and full range of company secretarial functions. - To preparation the documents of Incorporation new company, Directors' Circular & Members' Resolutions, Minutes of Meeting, AGM, EGM & etc. - To ensure proper maintenance of statutory records, timely submission of statutory returns and compliance of statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2016. - To attend and pay necessary visit to Companies Commission of - Malaysia ("CCM"), or any related internal and external offices in discharge of secretarial function. - Able to handle the ad-hoc matters or tasks as may be assigned from time to time


Job Requirement

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Required Skill(s): MS Word, Excel - Candidate with relevant experience in Accounting and Company Secretarial practice will have added advantage
